Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol. 4 Gets Switch Release Date
Following the announcement earlier this summer that Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol. 4 would be coming to the Switch, the publisher, Prototype, announced this week that it will be available on September 17, with three language options available: Japanese, English, and Simplified Chinese.
Umineko When They Cry Saku Launch Details
The official website is now open for Umineko When They Cry Saku: Nekobako to Musou no Koukyoukyoku, the upcoming new Umineko title for the PlayStation 4 and Switch, showcasing a new trailer and other details. Retailer listings also revealed a January 28, 2021, release date and a limited edition. First-print copies will also include the fighting spin-off game Golden Fantasia.
Food Girls Coming to the Switch
Retail listings have revealed that the Taiwanese visual novel Food Girls will be coming to the Switch in Japan on November 26. A limited edition will also be available.
My Forged Wedding Coming to the Switch
We’re not done with Switch ports yet! Voltage Entertainment announced that its otome game My Forged Wedding will be released for the Switch on September 17 for $24.99.
Root Film Western Release Window
Root Film, the next visual novel from Root Letter developer Kadokawa Games, is being localized for the PlayStation 4 and Switch. The publisher, PQube, announced that it will be available worldwide in Q1 2021. A limited edition featuring a 100-page artbook can also be preordered.
VenusBlood HOLLOW International Kickstarter Set for September 8
Following the successful Kickstarter campaign and release for the English localization of the visual novel–SRPG hybrid VenusBlood FRONTIER, publisher Ninetail has announced that the Kickstarter campaign for VenusBlood HOLLOW International has been approved and will launch on September 8.
